Iris Hirsch has always believed that we each have the power within to accomplish anything we set out to do. One has to be willing to work hard, dream big, and have a positive mindset. From the time she was a small girl, she found herself reaching out to others, collecting money for charity, and having a strong understanding of the importance of "contribution."
Her greatest gift is that she possesses a positive outlook on life and is always looking for the "gifts" in others. Her greatest passion has been raising two sons: both whom she has worked with, and emphasizing the importance of family…a value given to her by her own parents.
Iris' life has been about taking risks and embracing change; making the journey both educational and rich. She attended a State University and later received a scholarship to attend Michigan State University, where she completed her Master's Degree in Counseling. Over the course of the next 15 years, Iris had a brief stint as a T.V. weather girl and quickly learned how dangerous an open mic can be.
After going to General Motors Institute, Iris was placed in the fast tracking program and worked for Detroit Diesel as (the first female) quality control supervisor; running the cylinder head line and subassembly areas.
After G.M., Iris went on to work in the radio industry, and held positions in sales, eventually working her way up the ladder to Vice President-General Manager.
Iris began her Real Estate career in 1999 and has been coaching, managing, and selling ever since.
Family is the most important thing in the world! She cherishes her 3 grandchildren and the memories she gets with them.
